What we collect
With JavaScript enabled, sending the contact form opens WhatsApp with what you typed; this website has no enquiry database. If JavaScript is off, the browser instead sends the fields to our hosting provider as part of the page address, and this does not deliver an enquiry to our team. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we keep what you send. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address, using cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
Why
To answer enquiries, quote and deliver security services, keep records the law requires, understand how the site is used, and keep it secure.
Who else sees it
Google (analytics), Meta (WhatsApp), Cloudflare (hosting), our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires. These providers may process data outside Malaysia.
Your choices
Giving us your details is voluntary; without them we cannot reply. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out tool.
How long
Enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any contract, then as records require. Our Google Analytics retention setting for individual event and user data is 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer.
